Cafés

  • Fridays: 10:00 to 12 noon and 1:00 to 2:30pm, Community Café at St Andrew's, (Chadwick Road Eccles M30 0NZ). Drinks, cakes and light refreshments. (Cafe closed 12:00 – 1:00 for Holy Communion Service)
  • Saturdays: 10.00am to 12 noon at Eccles Parish Church, (Church Street Eccles M30 0DL). Tea/coffee/toast etc. A takeaway service is available

Cubs/Brownies/Scouts/Guides

  • Rainbows - Tuesdays: 5:45pm - 7pm at St Paul's (Egerton Road Monton M30 9LR). Contact Carly Durrington 07476 471808

Halls/Venues for Hire

Mother and Toddler Groups/Activities for Children

  • Mondays during school term time: Sunbeams Soft Play for children under 5s at Eccles Congregational Church (Wellington Road Eccles M30 0NP). Mums/Dads or other carers stay with the children and they can drop in anytime from 11.00am until 3.00pm Snacks are available but we do not mind people bringing their own. The cost is £2 for a child and a £1 for any siblings
  • Mondays 6pm - 7pm: French Club For Children at St Paul's (Egerton Road Monton M30 9LR). Contact Urszula 07816 247375
  • Tuesdays (Term time only): Toddler Group at St Andrew's (Chadwick Road Eccles M30 0NZ), 9:30 – 11:00. Cost: £1:50 per accompanying adult, refreshments provided
  • Wednesday and Friday mornings in term time: Parent and Toddler Group at St Paul's (Egerton Road Monton M30 9LR) 9:30am - 11:30am. Contact Joyce and Tony Checkley 0161 707 9028
  • Third Saturday of the month (Term time only): Messy Church, 12 noon at St Andrew's (Chadwick Road Eccles M30 0NZ). Games, craft, Bible story and a meal for children and their parents

Over 50s

  • Tuesdays 1:00-3:00pm: Art and Craft Workshop at St Andrew's, (Chadwick Road Eccles M30 0NZ). Free
  • Fridays 1:00-2:30pm: 'Sporting Memories' at St Andrew's (Chadwick Road Eccles M30 0NZ) – an opportunity for older people to share memories of watching or taking part in sport (dementia friendly)
